Concert for Ukraine: Fundraiser to Take Place

A humanitarian appeal and fund-raising concert to raise money to support the people of Ukraine for what they are going through as Russia continues its invasion of the country.

A live concert in the UK will be televised as is bringing together some of the biggest names in pop music on Tuesday evening.

Concert for Ukraine will be a two-hour fundraiser concert taking place at Resorts World Arena, Birmingham on Tuesday 29 March. 

There will be your favourite stars set to perform at the Concert with the show to be broadcast live on ITV, ITV Hub, and STV at 8pm to 10pm. .

Stars like Ed Sheeran, Snow Patrol, Camila Cabello, Emili Sande and Gregory Porter all taking the stage.

The concert will be hosted by radio presenters Roman Kemp, Marvin Humes and Emma Bunton formerly of Spice Girl.

All the stars are taking part in this concert to reach out to support the Ukrainian people.

Scottish singer Emily Sande said “I will be singing to try to help every human being forced to flee their home and in solidarity with those being racially discriminated against even within this humanitarian crisis,” she wrote on Instagram.

Ed Sheeran said he is “so proud to be playing” at the fundraiser.

And Cabello said her “heart is breaking for the people of Ukraine.”

Emeli Sandé said “I will be singing to try to help every human being forced to flee their home and in solidarity with those being racially discriminated against even within this humanitarian crisis.”
