Amanda Holden's Daring Dress Steals the Show at Britain's Got Talent Semi-Final

Amanda Holden caught the eyes of Britain's Got Talent viewers during the show's first semi-final of the series on Monday as she wore a revealing claret red dress

Amanda Holden turned heads at the first semi-final of Britain’s Got Talent on Monday with her bold, claret red dress. The 53-year-old radio host joined fellow judges Alesha Dixon, Bruno Tonioli, and Simon Cowell, but her striking attire stole the spotlight during the live episode’s opening minutes.

Actress Amanda exuded glamour in her one-shoulder gown, which featured sleeves with attached gloves. However, the dress’s gathered material at the front drew attention for a different reason. Many viewers took to social media, noting that they could see Amanda’s nipples through the fabric, jokingly attributing it to the cold atmosphere at London’s Hammersmith Apollo.

One Twitter user quipped, “Live shows baby!!! First live show and Amanda already has her nips out. Fantastic.” Another jested, “Amanda has a couple of things that are live.” A viewer posted, “Shoutout to Amanda Holden’s nipples,” while another shared, “Amanda smuggling peanuts again.” One show fan asked, “Bit nippy Amanda?” and another giggled, “Turn on the heating for Amanda. You could hang a painting off them.”

After six weeks of auditions, the live semi-finals commenced on Monday, with eight acts vying for a coveted spot in Sunday’s grand finale. The competition will feature eight entrants each night until the final, with two acts progressing each evening—one from a public vote and the other from the judges’ decision. The winner will receive a £250,000 cash prize and a spot at the Royal Variety Performance.

Monday night’s performers included Sven Smith, The Trickstars, Trey Braine, Sslaubi Performance Troupe, Taryn Charles, Bikoon, Stardust, and Innocent Massuki. The West End cast of Disney’s award-winning musical The Lion King also graced the stage.

Previously, Simon and Amanda’s children pushed the golden buzzer on Britain’s Got Talent during the final auditions on Sunday. Japanese skipping dancers Haribow left the judges nearly speechless with their somersaults and tricks, prompting a standing ovation and numerous pleas for a golden buzzer from the audience. Simon’s son Eric and Amanda’s daughter Hollie then stepped up, pushing the buzzer and securing the dance troupe’s place in the semi-finals.
