In what can be described as a heinous act, a yet-to-be-identified person has reportedly raped a two-year-old girl to death. The incident was said to have occurred in Ningi, headquarters of Ningi LGA of Bauchi. The disclosure of the ugly and unfortunate incident was made by the State Police Command in a press statement signed and issued to Journalists by the Command PPRO, SP Ahmed Wakili.
