Maria David THE Oshakati Town Council on Tuesday re-elected Leonard Hango as the town’s mayor for the fourth time, while Councillor Puyeipawa Elifas retained her position as deputy mayor. Hofeni Mutota, Maria Mutumbulwa, and Ruusa Frans also remain members of the management committee, while Councillors Jerobeam Ndaamohamba and Pinehas Aluvilu continue as ordinary councillors.
