Nuggets Advance to Western Conference Finals After Game 6 Win Over Suns

The Denver Nuggets have advanced to the Western Conference Finals after a hard-fought Game 6 victory over the Phoenix Suns. Denver held off a late surge by the Suns to complete the 95-90 win and take the series 4-2. The Nuggets will face either the Los Angeles Lakers or the LA Clippers in the Western Conference Finals.

The Nuggets jumped out to an early lead in the game and held on to it throughout the first half. Denver was led by Nikola Jokic, who had a stellar performance with 32 points, 12 rebounds, and 9 assists. Denver’s defense managed to stifle Phoenix’s offensive attack, and the Nuggets took a 51-43 lead into the halftime break.

In the second half, the Suns attempted to mount a comeback but were unable to make any real headway. Phoenix was led by Devin Booker, who had 27 points, 7 rebounds, and 5 assists. The Suns were ultimately unable to overcome Denver’s strong defense, and the Nuggets took the win to advance to the Western Conference Finals.

This win for the Nuggets is a huge accomplishment for the team. Denver had to overcome a 3-1 deficit to the Jazz in the first round and then faced the high-powered offense of the Suns in the second round. Now the Nuggets will face either the Lakers or the Clippers in the Western Conference Finals.
