Hollywood actor Jeremy Renner has been using an anti-gravity treadmill as part of his rehabilitation from a recent snowplow accident. The Avengers star shared a video on his Instagram account, showing him walking on the AlterG treadmill, which allows users to exercise with less impact on the joints. Renner stated in the post that the device has helped him “maintain endurance while recovering from injuries.”

The AlterG treadmill, also known as an anti-gravity treadmill, works by reducing the user’s body weight and enabling them to walk or run at a lower impact level. This makes it ideal for athletes and patients undergoing rehabilitation. It can be used to prevent injuries or speed up recovery time from surgery or accidents.

Renner’s snowplow accident occurred in early March, but the actor is already showing signs of improvement. He is using the AlterG treadmill to aid his recovery and maintain his fitness levels. Renner is no stranger to physical activity, having performed many of his own stunts in action movies like Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol and The Bourne Legacy.
