Euphoria Season 2 Released in Dramatic New Trailer

HBO has confirmed the release date of Euphoria’s highly anticipated season 2 in a dramatic new trailer.

Season 2 of ‘Euphoria’ will explore the fallout after Rue (Zendaya) and Jules (Hunter Schafer) broke up in the Season one finale and as Rue goes through a drug relapse. The season is set to follow the teens as they reunite at school and deal with the fallout of last seasons drama.

It’s been a long time coming, but after a year of delays and reshoots, the new season is here and fans are excited. The show for which the 25-year-old won an Emmy – returns to HBO Max on 9 January 2022.

Last year HBO released two special episodes to keep the story going after filming was halted due to the coronavirus pandemic. However filming resumed early this year, and now fans have been given a first look at what to expect from the new season.

“When you’re younger, everything feels so permanent, but as you get older, you begin to realise nothing is and everyone you love can drift away,” Zendaya says in the teaser.

New episodes of the season will air on HBO and will also be available to watch on HBO Max.

The new season sees the return of previous cast members Sydney Sweeney, Alexa Demie, Barbie Ferreira, Maude Apatow , and introduces Dominic Fike, Minka Kelly and Demetrius “Lil Meech” Flenory Jr.
