Actor Moses J. Moseley of ‘The Walking Dead’ Dies at 31

The Walking Dead actor Moses J. Moseley has died aged 29, his representatives have said.

ET reported on Monday Moseley’s manager, Tabatha Minchew, confirmed the news that the actor had “passed away in Atlanta, Georgia.”

“As his manager and friend of nearly 10 years, we can say he will be deeply missed,” Minchew shared. “He was always to the happiest person and if you were having a bad day he made your day amazing. He loved movies and was always excited to be on set and make new friends. He never met a stranger, he loved his fans, friends and family and would go out of his way to help his friends and family.”

“The world has lost an amazing talent and heart,” she added.

The cause of his death is suspected suicide as the actor died of a gunshot wound.

The Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the actors death, according to TMZ, who first to report the news. It said that Moseley’s body was found by authorities on Wednesday, and that a family member filled out a missing persons report for Moseley after they hadn’t been able to contact him for several days.

AMC released a statement on Twitter saying “Our thoughts and prayers are with our #TWDFamily member Moses J. Moseley.”

Tributes for the actor poured in on social media, with former castmates from “The Walking Dead” remembering him as a kind and caring friend.

“Heartbroken to hear of the passing of @MosesMoseley,” Jeremy Palko, who played Andy on the series, said on Twitter.

“Just an absolute kind and wonderful human being,” he said, sharing a photo with Moseley. “You will be missed my friend.”

Actor Melissa Cowan of “The Walking Dead” wrote on Facebook “I can’t believe this. This is just devastating,” who portrayed the “Bicycle Girl” walker in season 1 of  .

“I can’t even imagine! My heart is broken. He was such as genuinely nice, caring guy, full of love and zest,” she wrote. “I enjoyed hanging out and getting to know him on set and at various cons over the past 12 years!! A kind soul gone way (too) soon.”

Jeremy Palko, who appeared alongside him in the show as Andy, said he was “heartbroken” by the news.

“Just an absolute kind and wonderful human being. You will be missed my friend,” he wrote.

Moseley portrayed the pet zombies, or “walkers,” belonging to Michonne (Danai Gurira) on “The Walking Dead” series. He also appeared in six episodes of the AMC horror series.

He featured in HBO’s “Watchmen”, “Queen of the South” series, American Soul and “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire”,
